About Us

With administrative assistance from the Greenwoods Eldercare Society, the activities of the Greenwoods Foundation are initiated, managed and fulfilled through the individual contribution of time and effort by our Board of Directors. The Foundation does not employ any staff at this time. The financial conduct of the Greenwoods Foundation is audited annually by a board appointed auditing firm that reports the results of its audit to the Board of Directors. During its annual review, the audit firm conducts an analysis of all internal accounts and of the Foundation’s banking transactions.
